Issues encountered by ADDEV Materials before fabriq was introduced
A few years ago, the ADDEV Materials teams launched an operational excellence approach, with SIM meetings carried out on whiteboards, to monitor their different indicators and optimize communication. But the approach soon showed its limitations: in particular, the post-its used on the whiteboards tended to get lost, and data was constantly being erased, with no way of storing it. Other issues encountered by the ADDEV Materials teams included :
