LVMH Fragrance Brands is part of the Perfumes and Cosmetics division of the LVMH group. Created in 2011, it pools the expertise and passion of two iconic brands: Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums. LVMH Fragrance Brands uses fabriq to manage daily performance and action plans as well as improve upward and downward communication between staff at the LVMH Beauvais site.

Deploying fabriq within the LVMH site at Beauvais

The fabriq rollout went quickly and smoothly. The LVMH Fragrance Brands staff soon got on board the project and had no trouble mastering the tool. fabriq was first deployed in 3 Business Units, over a total of ten sites in France, China, Switzerland and Bulgaria.

  • Fabriq rollout across 3 business units, on 10 sites
  • Digitization of daily routines on 2 levels: shop floor and management
  • Digitization of shop floor SIMs with action plans and KPIs first, then routines
  • Migration of PDCAs to fabriq
  • Automatic reporting through data collection using fabriq, or via tools such as Power BI
  • Since adopting the tool was quick and easy, staff were rapidly on board
