Challenges Faced by Socomec Production Sites
With 13 factories strategically located across every continent, each varying in maturity and management tools, Socomec encountered unique challenges. The decision-making process swiftly leaned towards a standardized solution to address four key challenges:
- Operate in all factories, regardless of their size (ranging from 30 to 500 people… in China, India, Italy, France, Tunisia, United States…)
- Use the solution without the need for a translator
- Integrate all of Socomec’s production system tools (the SPMS).
- Enable easy communication between each of the sites.
The Deployment of Fabriq Across Socomec Sites
Fabriq is operational on 7 sites within the Socomec group, with the ultimate goal of implementing the Fabriq digital daily management system across all 13 production plants. Four primary activities at Socomec are currently digitized through Fabriq. In collaboration with Socomec, we’ve established uniform standards for each activity, outlining both mandatory and optional components. Here are the digitalized activities:
